The organization of CO.RI.S.T.A. (Consorzio di Ricerca su Sistemi di Telesensori Avanzati) develops into a functional organization chart, with the President at the top, which is an expression of the university consortium member, and the General Manager who represents, instead, the industrial consortium member. The organization chart then unfolds in five different areas: Programs, Engineering, Administration & Finance, Quality System, Product Assurance, Communication.
The Consortium President is Luigi Zeni.
